Table Stories · for restaurants, bistros and bars
Most placesare visited.Few are remembered.
An editorial project for your venue. We photograph it, write its story and turn it into a magazine your guests hold at the table.

- editorial identitywhat we build
- How your venue is told. Photographs, words and objects designed together, from the first image a guest sees online to the menu they open at the table.
01 · The magazine
Not a menu.An editorial piece.
The magazine is the heart of a Table Story: a printed object with a cover, inside pages, photographs and texts, structured like a magazine and made to be explored.

At the table
What your guests hold won’t be a list of dishes.
The experience starts before the food arrives. A menu people usually rush through becomes something they stop for.
02 · The project
What wemake for you.
Four elements of one story. Contents, formats and conditions are defined together, around your venue.
Photography
Direction and shooting of the venue, the kitchen, the dishes and the people who make it.
Writing
Editorial texts about your roots, your philosophy and your land.
The magazine
Cover and inside pages. Depending on the venue: Menu, Food & Drink or Drinks Edition.
The editorial page
Your venue’s story published on thisistudio.com, next to our other stories.

03 · Case study
Éstro. Refinement, evolution, creativity.
Palazzolo Acreide, Sicily. More than a restaurant: an open kitchen inspired beyond borders.
In the hills around Palazzolo Acreide, three friends decided to step into the arena. A kitchen that travels, studies elsewhere and comes back to Sicily to transform what it found.

Telling Éstro like a character: instinct, irony, a controlled excess. A welcome that speaks before any dish does.

Before the dish, there is the land. Before refinement, there is respect.
Chapter · The land
Style can be noticed. Emotion is remembered.
Chapter · Experience
The restaurant’s story and the Menu Edition: starters, pasta, mains and desserts laid out like the pages of a magazine.

04 · More from the table
Every venue,its own edition.

Is it a photo shoot?
Photography is one part of it. A Table Story puts images, editorial texts and the magazine together into one coherent story about your venue.
Do you manage our social media?
We don’t manage social media. But we deliver the photographs from your project, ready to be published on your own channels.
How much does it cost and how long does it take?
Every project is built around the venue. We share investment and timing in the first conversation, before anything starts.
Where do you work?
Our studio is in Italy, but every project happens where the venue is. We have told the stories of places in Palazzolo Acreide, Noto and Ortigia, and our work has taken us as far as Dublin. If your venue has a story worth telling, we will come to you.
What happens after I write to you?
We read every request ourselves and reply by email to arrange a first conversation about your venue.
